Horrible communications, job site management is a joke, if there is a corner to be cut it will be cut. All of our showers were installed incorrectly, our brick hangs off of our foundation 2" in spots. Our entire house was painted the wrong color. I find something new everyday. Worst decision I ever made.
They have the most Affordable Homes to be built to specifications for the amount you're paying & for me the biggest thing is I'm not getting someone else's home problems be them disclosed or not. When you take on a mortgage of any amount you should at least weigh in all Options & Wayne Homes has every option to compare!!
